Kevin L. Bell JD,* CLU, ChFC has been a General Agent of Guardian in the state of Indiana for eighteen years. Kevin was President of the Fort Wayne Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors from 1991-1992 and President of the NAIFA Indianapolis from 2008-2009. He was President of NAIFA Indiana from 2003-2004. He has served as national committeeman for the state of Indiana for six years as well as serving on the Indiana Financial Service Foundation for Education board. Kevin is a LILI graduate and moderator and is past chairman of the NAIFA National LILI Committee. He is the current chairman of NAIFA National Communications committee. Kevin is a member of GAMA and is a GAMA Diamond National Management Award winner. In 2009, Kevin received the Jack Peckinpaugh Associate of the Year Award from NAIFA Indiana and the Indianapolis Associate of the Year in 2010.
Kevin is a regular speaker and CE presenter locally and across the region. He created a program in the box for NAIFA entitled,” Leveraging LILI Tools to Improve Your Practice”. He is a member of the Indianapolis Society of Financial Service Professionals, and past member of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is an IFAPAC Envoy contributor. Kevin has spent time in a home office as a Vice President of Advanced Underwriting and a Divisional Vice President, however, more than two-thirds of his 33 years in the business has been spent in the field as a regional advanced underwriter, agent and General Agent.
Kevin has been active in his church and was in a gospel quartet for over ten years. Kevin and his wife Darlene, who is a kindergarten teacher, have three adult children and reside in Westfield, Indiana.
